Process | How we work

Architectural Project Management and Cost Management is the "art of planning, Organizing and managing human, technical and financial resources to successfully achieve your specific goals and objectives."

Our process starts with communicating project requirements, goals, objectives and constraints at the initiation of a project - this is essential to an efficient architectural process. At IDEA, we understand that all well managed projects begin with diligent and thorough statements of the project requirements. This statement of goals and objectives is the Rosetta Stone for issues of size and space, function and proximity. Definitive statements of budget, cost and schedule are also included. The project goals and objectives are distributed and reviewed by all members of the Architect's consultants and the greater project team. Functional space programs are used as a asis for project budgeting and is a tool to ensure the Owner's requirements are achieved.
