Visioning | Getting the Project Started

Every project is an expression of personal and financial agendas. We take the time up front to know all the key individuals, how they work, what their motivations are and what place they see themselves within their larger community before we move ahead. It's important to learn how to speak the language of your counterparts.

We ask questions. On any project, the big questions are always the same: What should this project achieve? What's the most efficient, rewarding way to make it happen? How can we enhance the project while staying on time and on budget? How can we keep this fun for everyone involved?

We wear our passion on our sleeves.

The common thread in what we do will be sustainability and community inspired. The future of our work is to respond to environmental and neighborhood factors with the same, if not more, regard as we do the zoning and building codes.
